Preheat smoker to 275 degrees. Rinse shrimp, de-vein, de-shell as needed. Season shrimp with Lane's Q-Nami Rub and place in an 8x8 foil pan in three rows. In a bowl, melt one stick of butter then add minced garlic. Pour butter and garlic mixture onto shrimp. 1/2 Cup (aka- 1 stick) butter 1 clove garlic, minced 2 sticks Rosemary 1 Tablespoon seasoning of your choice 1/4 lemon, squeezed Instructions Rinse shrimp, devein, de-shell as needed Apply seasoning In a bowl, melt one stick of butter. Peel and devein shrimp. Place shrimp into a foil pan. Slice sausage about ¼ inch thick and place into pan. Add ¼ cup of chopped parsley to the top of the shrimp. Add ½ chopped poblano or 1 chopped jalapeno to the top of the shrimp. Cut the lemon and orange in half and squeeze the juice from the halves over the shrimp.

How To Make Smoked Shrimp Step 1 - Preheat Your Smoker Light up your smoker, clean the smoker rack and fix it in. Make sure to maintain the internal temperature of the smoker at 225ºF. Use the wood chips of your choice. I would recommend using mesquite, oak, or applewood chips. Step 2 - Prepare The Seasoning (butter mixture)


Add shrimp to tin. Add butter to top of shrimp. Season with Salt & Pepper. Add minced garlic and white wine. Pre-heat smoker to 225 and put the tin on middle rack. After 30 minutes stir shrimp and combine all ingredients. Check in on the shrimp after 30 more minutes. You will know when the shrimp is done cooking when it is pink in color.


Line your shrimp in a foil pan in 3 rows. In a separate bowl mix 1 stick of melted butter, 1 tbsp of your favorite cajun seasoning, 3 cloves minced garlic and the juice from 1 lemon. Pour the mixture over the shrimp, making sure they are all nicely coated. Add 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary to the pan. Place the pan on your grill set for indirect.


Once the smoker comes up to temperature, place the shrimp on the grill grate. You can also place the shrimp directly on the smoker rack. Close the lid. Smoke the shrimp until it turns pink, which means it is fully cooked. Remove the shrimp from the electric smoker and serve right away with your favorite sides or dipping sauce. Enjoy!
